Directions
- In a small jar or glass, whisk together almond milk, espresso powder, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, stir again, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla in a small bowl.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture over the chia seed pudding.
- Dust with cocoa powder and optionally add a few chocolate shavings if desired.
- ENJOY straight from the jar.
