You would never guess the secret ingredient hiding in these deeply fudgy squares. Black beans melt seamlessly into a batter of cocoa and chocolate chips, lending moisture and a tender crumb while sneaking in extra fiber and protein. They are a clever pick for anyone watching what they eat, gluten-free by nature, and a fun way to surprise skeptical friends who insist they can always taste the difference.
