- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Margarine (or Butter)
- 4 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 - Egg
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (or Oatmeal)

- Put oatmeal in boiling water in a bowl.
- Add margarine, cocoa and mix well.
- In a small bowl beat the eggs well.
- Then add all the other ingredients and mix again.
- Pour into a 9 by 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
