- 1/4 Cup Strawberry - Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (or Optional) - Garnish

- Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, matcha, vanilla, sweetener and salt to a bowl or jar. Whisk until the matcha is completely incorporated.
- Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again thoroughly to break up any chia clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Stir before serving. If it's thicker than you like, add a splash of almond milk.
- Spoon into a glass or bowl and top with fresh berries, coconut or a little Greek yogurt.
