- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 11 Oz Mandarin Oranges
- 1/3 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar - Firmly Packed
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

- Cut chicken into serving pieces.
- Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag; shake chicken in flour mixture.
- Brown chicken in oil in large skillet over medium heat; remove to a shallow casserole.
- Drain oranges; reserve juice.
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar and nutmeg with reserved juice; pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; baste occasionally with pan juices.
- Arrange orange pieces over chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes longer.
- May be frozen for future use.
