- Brown chicken in small amount of oil in electric frying pan.
- Combine onion, celery, green pepper, salt, 1 cup water, brown sugar, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Drain excess fat from chicken; pour sauce over chicken pieces.
- Cook in frying pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
