- 1 Dash Mild Smoked Spanish Paprika (or Everything Bagel Seasoning) - Garnish

- Slice the cucumber into ¾-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Sprinkle with paprika or everything bagel seasoning.
- Garnish with extra dill and serve immediately, or chill for 15 minutes before serving.
Tips:
- Pat the cucumber slices dry before topping to keep them crisp.
- Make the tuna salad ahead of time, but assemble just before serving for the best texture.
