- 1 Cup Green Pepper - Diced
- 1 Cup Celery - Diced
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Lb Velveeta (or American Cheese) - Grated
- 4 Oz Mushrooms Stems And Pieces
- 1 Can Water Chestnuts - Sliced
- 2 Cups Turkey - Cooked, Cubed
- 2 pkgs Green Noodles
- 1 - Chicken Broth

- Saute onion, green pepper and celery in margarine in large skillet until tender.
- Stir in soup and Velveeta; heat through until Velveeta is melted.
- Stir in mushrooms, water chestnuts and turkey.
- Prepare noodles according to package directions, using broth in place of water; drain.
- Place noodles in two 1 1/2-quart casseroles.
- Pour turkey mixture over noodles; garnish with ripe olives, if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- May be frozen, if desired.
