- 3 Strips Bacon
- 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

- Soak duck in salted water overnight; drain.
- Combine celery, carrots and onion; place in duck cavity.
- Place duck in Dutch oven; place bacon strips over duck.
- Combine soup and water.
- Pour over duck; cover.
- Roast at 350 degrees for 2 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes, depending on size and age of duck, or until tender.
- Remove duck from soup; discard bacon, stuffing and skin from duck.
- Soup may be thickened for gravy.
