- Quarter enough oranges and onions to fill cavity of duck.
- Place 1 clove in each quarter of duck; stuff cavity with oranges and onions.
- Pierce skin with fork.
- Mix orange juice and currant jelly; heat through.
- Place duck on rack in roasting pan.
- Roast, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, brushing with jelly mixture 4 times during last 45 minutes of baking.
- May be served cold.
