- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 - Apple - Quartered
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1 - Carrot
- 1 Medium Potato
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 Can Beer

- Clean duck well; soak in salted water for 30 minutes.
- Dry well.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper inside duck cavity; place apple, onion, celery, carrot and potato in cavity.
- Place flour in oven cooking bag; insert stuffed duck.
- Pour beer into bag; seal.
- Punch 3 holes in top of bag.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven; let steam for 20 minutes in warm place.
- Remove from bag.
- Discard all vegetables and juices; slice duck.
- Serve warm or cold.
