- 4 Slices Bacon
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise

- 4 Oz Cheddar Cheese
- 4 - Hard Boiled Egg

Directions
- Shred lettuce.
- Chop celery, green pepper and onion.
- Crumble bacon.
- Grate cheese.
- Layer all vegetables in a large bowl or 9x13 inch pan.
- Spread mayonnaise over the top.
- Sprinkle sugar with bacon and cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight and add sliced eggs before serving.
