- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil (or Extra-Virgin Olive Oil)
- 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Onion
- 1/2 Cup Celery
- 1 - Green Pepper

Directions
- Boil sliced carrots until just tender.
- Dressing: combine tomato soup, white sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, worchestershire sauce and dry mustard.
- Boil & add chopped onion, celery and green pepper.
- Pour over cooked carrots & store in fridge.
