- 1/4 Tbsp White Sugar
- 3 Tsp Malt Vinegar

- Combine the rice, celery, onion and peas.
- Just before serving add 1 cup chow mein noodles and pour dressing over all and mix well.
- Dressing: combine corn oil, soya sauce, celery seed, salt, curry powder, Accent, white sugar and malt vinegar.
