- 4 Medium Salmon Fillets
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, italian seasoning, dill, parsley, paprika and red pepper flakes (if using)
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish.
- Spoon the lemon garlic butter sauce generously over each fillet.
- Arrange lemon slices over and around the salmon.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- For a lightly caramelized finish, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of cooking.
- Spoon the pan juices over the salmon before serving.
