- In a large serving bowl, combine the cantaloupe, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls.
- Add the torn basil leaves and gently toss.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Transfer to a serving platter or leave in the bowl.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with additional basil leaves and toasted pine nuts if desired.
- Serve immediately while chilled.
