Ingredients: 2 Medium Naan bread; 4 Oz Cream Cheese; 1 Cup Cucumber - Diced; 1 Cup Cherry Tomato - Chopped; 1/4 Cup Red Onion - Chopped; 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese - Chopped; 2 Tbsp Parsley - Chopped; 1 Tbsp Olive Oil; 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice; 1/4 Tsp Salt; 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet to warm for 4-5 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn oven setting to broil.
Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over each flatbread.
In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the vegetable mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
Return the flatbed to the oven under the broil setting and put in oven for 1-2 minutes. WATCH CAREFULLY NOT TO BURN.
Remove from oven and slice and serve.
