- 2 Medium Naan bread
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Cucumber - Diced
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomato - Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion - Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Feta Cheese - Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Parsley - Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet to warm for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and turn oven setting to broil.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over each flatbread.
- In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the vegetable mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Return the flatbed to the oven under the broil setting and put in oven for 1-2 minutes. WATCH CAREFULLY NOT TO BURN.
- Remove from oven and slice and serve.
