- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tsp Honey (or Monk Fruit Sweetener)

- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- In the morning, drain the groats and rinse them thoroughly under cold water. They may feel slightly slippery before rinsing.

- Stir in the Greek yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon. Add a splash of milk if you prefer a softer, creamier consistency.
- Top each bowl with berries, chopped nuts and chia seeds.
