- 2 Small Chicken Breasts - Halved
- 1/4 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Cube Chicken Bouillon
- 1 - Pinch Of Instant Minced Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Curry Powder
- 4 Oz Mandarin Oranges
- 2 Oz Mushrooms - Sliced
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

- Wash and dry chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Place halves in small baking dish.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in 2/3 cup boiling water.
- Add 2 tablespoons water, minced onion and curry powder.
- Drain mandarin oranges and mushrooms, reserving the combined liquid; set aside.
- Pour bouillon mixture over chicken; cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Uncover; bake for 45 minutes longer or until tender.
- Remove chicken to platter.
- Blend flour and 2 tablespoons reserved liquid in saucepan.
- Stir in the pan juices.
- Cook, stirring, until bubbly.
- Add oranges and mushrooms to gravy and heat through.
- Spoon over chicken.
