- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 8 - Chicken Pieces
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Medium Onion - Sliced
- 4 Cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 1 1/2 Cups Packaged Precooked Rice
- 1/2 Cup White Raisins
- 1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
- 1 Can Mandarin Oranges
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 Cup Almond - Sliced

- Combine flour, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt; coat chicken well with flour mixture.
- Brown chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat; remove chicken.
- Saute onion in remaining butter in skillet.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Stir rice, bouillon, raisins, coconut, oranges and curry powder into onion; blend well.
- Spoon mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; arrange chicken over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; sprinkle with almonds.
- Bake for 15 minutes longer.
