- 4-6 Large Chicken Breasts
- 1 - Onion - Sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic - Minced
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 - Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine
- 1 Can Mushrooms - Drained

- Combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water; combine bouillon and flour mixture.

- Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
- Add wine and mushrooms; simmer for 15 minutes.
