- Blend the strawberries, cucumber, lemon juice, honey, and 1 cup of water until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold water.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour over the lemonade, and garnish with fresh mint, lemon slices, cucumber ribbons, and strawberry slices.
- Serve immediately.
Optional Twists
- Add sparkling water instead of some of the cold water for a fizzy version.
- Blend with extra ice for a frozen slush.
- Add fresh basil instead of mint for a different herbal flavor.
- Mix in a splash of coconut water for a tropical twist.
