- 1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries - Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Raspberries
- 1/4 Cup Blackberries
- 2 Tbsp Walnuts (or Pecan) - Chopped

- Pat the watermelon slice dry with paper towels to help the yogurt stick.
- Stir together the Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, and vanilla (if using).
- Evenly spread the yogurt over the top of the watermelon, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Arrange the berries over the yogurt. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
- Drizzle lightly with additional honey and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
- Cut into 6–8 wedges like a pizza and serve immediately.
