- 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cups Broccoli - Florets
- 1 Red Pepper - Sliced

- 3 Green Onions - Sliced
- 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 3/4 Cup Fred's Szechuan Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Fred's Schezuan Sauce

- Prepare the chicken:
- Toss the chicken pieces with the cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer to plate
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In a large skillet, add the broccoli, red peppers, snow peas, and carrots.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet.
- Pour in Fred's Szechuan sauce.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
