- 2 Tsp Coconut Sugar (or Erythritol)
- 3 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 3 - Egg
- 1/2 Cup Butter (or Ghee)
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Cup Onion

- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs, melted & slightly cooled butter and yogurt.
- Poor yogurt mixture into the flour mixture, add minced onion and mix well until everything is well incorporated.
- Poor the batter into greased 8x8 baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
