- 6 Cups Rice
- 11 Cups Water
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 pkg Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Salt
- 96 Oz Tomato Juice
- 120 - Cabbage Leaf

Directions
- Put rice, water, salt & pepper in large pot and cook in oven at 400 F for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Fry the chopped bacon until almost crisp, add onions and fry until onions are tender and bacon is crisp.
- Roll in steamed cabbage leaves.
- Put in roast pan and pour tomato juice over till covered.
- Bake at 350 F for about 2 hours or until cabbage leaves are tender.
