- 1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Onion Cooking
- 1/4 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts

- Mix softened cream cheese with the drained pineapple.
- Chop the green pepper and onion very fine and add to cheese mixture with the seasoned salt.
- Shape into 2 balls and roll into finely chopped peanuts. Store in fridge.
