- 1/2 Cup Onion Cooking

- 1 Tsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Seed
- 1/2 Tsp Tumeric
- 1/2 Cup Water

- Chop cabbage, green and red pepper, onion and celery.
- Combine all ingredients and simmer one half hour.
- Pack into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/2 inch head space.
- Seal tightly
