- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Salt

- Cut Cornish hens into halves or quarters; wipe dry.
- Arrange, skin side up and close together, in baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients in order listed; pour over Cornish hens, coating each piece well.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes; turn.
- Bake for 20 minutes longer.
- May be barbecued on grill over hot coals, brushing frequently with sauce.
- Chicken, cut into serving pieces, may be substituted for Cornish hens; sauce may be made several days before using and refrigerated.
