- 2 Tbsp Butter - Melted
- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - White Pepper - To Taste
- 3 - Green Pepper - Strip
- 1/2 Cup Peanuts
- 2 Medium Onion - Sliced
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
- 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush chicken with melted butter; sprinkle with salt and white pepper.
- Place chicken on 11 x 14 x 2-inch baking pan, skin side up.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Saute green peppers, peanuts and onions in oil in large skillet until green peppers and onions are limp.
- Blend peanut butter, mayonnaise and remaining seasonings together.
- Turn chicken pieces over in baking pan; spread with peanut butter mixture.
- Arrange green pepper mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 15 minutes longer or until tender.
