- 1 - Salad Oil
- 1 - Onion - Diced
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar - Firmly Packed
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

- Split and bone chicken breasts; dredge with flour.
- Brown chicken in small amount of oil in large skillet.
- Saute onion in 2 tablespoons additional oil in medium skillet until tender; add catsup, wine, brown sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes; pour over chicken.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- May be refrigerated overnight before baking, if desired.
