- Place chicken in bowl; pour juice mixture over pieces.
- Marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature or 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
- Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Place chicken in shallow casserole in 1 layer.
- Dot chicken with butter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with reserved marinade.
