- 1 Cup Dry White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- 1/4 Cup Butter - Melted
- 1/4 Cup Onion - Finely Chopped
- 3 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Parsley - Minced

- Place chicken, skin side down, in large shallow casserole.
- Combine wine, lemon juice, pepper, paprika, butter, onion, salt and parsley; blend well.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Remove cover; turn chicken skin side up.
- Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees.
- Bake for 30 minutes longer; baste occasionally.
- Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees.
- Bake for 30 minutes longer; baste frequently.
