- 8 Medium Apple - Sliced
- 1/3 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- - Dash Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter (or Margarine)
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 - Pastry Shell

- Spread apples in pastry shell.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, 1 tbsp flour and salt; sprinkle over apples.
- Combine butter, 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar; mix well.
- Grab small amounts and flatten to 1/8" pieces
- Place pieces on top of the apples until top is covered like a crust. "Holes" in the crust is fine.
- Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 F; bake for 20 - 30 minutes
