- Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Brush mixture over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn directly on the hot griddle.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, rotating every 2–3 minutes until the kernels are tender with light golden-brown char marks on all sides. Fresh corn cooks quickly, so avoid overcooking to keep it sweet and juicy.
- Brush with a little more melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
