- 1/4 Cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Mild Smoked Spanish Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Butter - Melted

- Preheat the pizza oven to 700°F (370°C), then allow it to cool to about 450–500°F (230–260°C) for baking.
- Remove the mushroom stems and finely chop them.
- Sauté the chopped stems for 3–4 minutes until the moisture has evaporated.
- Mix the cooked stems with the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, bacon, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
- Fill each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
- Combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over the tops.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
- Bake in the pizza oven for 10–15 minutes, rotating the skillet halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Garnish with extra parsley and a little grated Parmesan before serving.
