- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Lb Mushrooms
- 7 Slices Bacon
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese

Directions
- Cook bacon (firm but not crisp) in fry pan.
- Remove and distribute evenly in bottom of large pie plate or quiche dish.
- Pour off drippings from fry pan.
- Add butter to fry pan. Saute onions.
- Add mushrooms and saute.
- Add flour and cook on low heat until thickened (This will only take a minute or so).
- Add sour cream and lemon juice and mix.
- Spread on top of bacon.
- Spread cheese on top.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. (May be made in advance and reheated in oven or microwave.)
- Serve with crackers or small rye bread.
