Directions

Chop onion, garlic and mushrooms (if using fresh).
Brown hamburger with onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Add tomato sauce and spices.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Put some sauce on bottom of a 9" x 13" (22cm x 32cm) pan.
Layers
- First layer - Noodles
- Second layer - Sauce
- Third layer - Combined cottage and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers twice more.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
