- 2 - Egg
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 3 Tbsp Margarine
- 4 Cups Rhubarb

Directions
- Cut the the rhubarb into approx. 1" pieces.
- Mix thoroughly the other ingredients and add to the rhubarb.
- Mix together well.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells, should be enough for 2 9" shells.
- Bake at 425 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for approx. 25 minutes or until the rhubarb looks cooked.
