- 1 Can Mushroom Soup
- 1 - Water Chestnuts - Sliced
- 1 - Giblets - Cooked, Chopped
- 1 - Celery - Minced
- 1 - Poultry Seasoning - To Taste

- Season inside of capon with imitation butter salt, celery salt, pepper, paprika and drop of butter flavoring.
- Sprinkle with onion.
- Prepare dressing mix according to package directions; add soup, water chestnuts, giblets, onion, celery and 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring.
- Add poultry seasoning.
- Stuff capon loosely with dressing.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Remove cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes longer.
