- Cook hen in boiling salted water until tender.
- Remove from broth, reserving broth.
- Remove and discard skin and bones; cut up chicken.
- Combine chicken, cheese, soup, onion, eggs, celery, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper and enough chicken broth to moisten thoroughly.
- Pour into lightly greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until thick and light brown.
