Bite-sized and irresistibly crunchy, these little rib pieces get a flavorful head start in a marinade of soya sauce and cooking wine. A light cornstarch-and-flour coating fries up shatteringly crisp and golden, sealing in juicy meat within. They make a fun, hands-on appetizer with real restaurant-style appeal, and they rarely last long once they hit the plate.
