- 2 Lbs Butter-Basted Boneless Turkey Roast
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Onion - Minced
- 1 Clove Garlic - Pressed
- 1 Tsp Dry Parsley
- 1 Tsp Leaf Oregano
- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 6 Oz Tomato Paste
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

Directions
- Cook turkey according to package directions.
- Reserve drippings.
- Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and garlic until tender.
- Add parsley, oregano, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, sugar, tomato paste and vinegar.
- Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add enough water to reserved drippings to measure 1 cup liquid.
- Mix flour into liquid until smooth; add to tomato mixture.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve sauce with turkey roast.
