- 3 Cups Turkey - Cooked, Cubed
- 1/2 Cup Margarine
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 6 - Egg - Lightly Beaten
- 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Pimentos - Chopped

- Spread dressing in 9 x 13-inch baking pan; arrange turkey on top.
- Melt margarine in saucepan; stir in flour and seasonings to make a smooth paste.
- Add broth; cook, stirring, until thick.
- Stir a small amount of hot mixture into eggs; return eggs to hot mixture.
- Pour over turkey.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pimento in saucepan; heat thoroughly.
- Cut turkey into servings; serve with sour cream sauce.
