Rolled, chilled, and sliced into tidy pinwheels, these tortilla bites hide a creamy crab filling with a gentle cayenne kick. Cream cheese, red pepper, green onion, and cheddar mingle with crab before everything gets wrapped tight and left to set. A quick warm-up in the oven and a side of salsa make them a tidy, flavorful appetizer that's easy to serve.
