- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 11 Oz Mandarin Oranges
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Raisins
- 1 Tbsp Almond - Sliced

- Place chicken breasts, skin side up, on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil 2 inches from source of heat for 10 minutes or until skin is browned and crisp.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish, skin side up.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain oranges; reserve liquid.
- Combine reserved liquid, cinnamon, curry powder and thyme.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender; add water, if needed.
- Add raisins, almonds and oranges.
- Bake for 20 minutes longer.

- Wash wild rice thoroughly; soak for 30 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Combine wild rice, thyme, basil and salt in top of large double boiler.
- Combine bouillon cubes with 3 cups boiling water, stirring until cubes are dissolved; add to wild rice mixture.
- Cook, covered, over boiling water for 45 minutes or until rice is tender; stir occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place onion and mushrooms in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; dot with butter.
- Season with additional salt and pepper; spoon rice mixture into casserole.
- Pour wine over rice.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through; stir before serving.
