- 6 Oz Wild Rice - Cooked
- 1 - Salt - To Taste
- 1 - Black Pepper - To Taste
- 1 Tbsp Soda

- Saute onions, celery, olives, pimentos, and parsley lightly in butter.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Rub soda into skin of goose to keep out of body cavity, then wash off completely.
- Stuff goose with dressing.
- Place a rack on a large piece of foil in a baking dish.
- Place goose on rack.
- Seal foil completely.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
