- 1/4 Cup Fresh Strawberries

- Pour the Jell-O powder into a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes (it should still be liquid but not hot)
- Whisk in 1 cup Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
- Garnish with berries and or mandarin oranges (optional)
