- 1/3 Cup Monk fruit Sweetener (or Truvia)
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla

- 1 Cup Coconut

- Melt the butter, add the cocoa powder and sweetener and boil for one minute.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
- Stir in the coconut and chopped pecans
- Drop by spoon full onto wax paper.
