Mix the 1/2 cup butter, graham wafer crumbs, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, cocoanut, walnuts and egg. Press into a greased 9x9 pan.
Combine 1/4 cup butter, vanilla custard, milk and icing sugar. Spread over crumb mixture and chill.
Melt chocolate and margarine. Pour over filling as an icing. Refrigerate.
